Shipping & Delivery
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During festival seasons or special launches, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Time

Within India: 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depends on destination & customs clearance)
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping within India on orders above ₹2,000.
- Standard shipping charges apply for international orders, calculated at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number to follow the delivery progress.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If the order is not received, it will be returned to us.
Returns & Exchanges
We take great care to provide you with high-quality, authentic M.Nagarajan Silks sarees. However, if you face any issues, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Damaged or defected products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
2. Non-Returnable Products
- Customised blouse stitching
- Fall & pico services
- Sarees purchased during clearance or special sale events
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team with your order ID.
- Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup depending on your location.
- After inspection, refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Method
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued only as store credit.
International Returns
International orders can be returned, but customers must ship the product back to us at their own cost. Refunds will be processed once the product is received and inspected.
